You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days from the date you received it (SEE RETURN PROCEDURE).

Products must be in perfect condition, with all tags included, as well as the thank you card with the product code and shipping date. Damaged or used products and products with damaged packaging will be returned to the customer, with the customer's shipping costs.

Products that have been used or washed are not returned.

Baby teething is not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Personalized products (special orders, constructions, special dimensions, with names/letters, etc.) are not returned.

Also, the company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is under no circumstances required to replace them or refund money.

Product returns are only made after consultation (either by e-mail or by phone). The return must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice and the thank you card, showing the product code and date of shipment.

RETURN PROCEDURE

– Contact us to clarify the details of the return.

– Package the product so that it is protected during shipping and include in the package the retail receipt or invoice and the thank you card with the product code and the date of shipment.

– Return costs are charged by the company only in case of our error or defective product. 
In any other case, the costs are borne by the customer. 

– Exchanges of items in a discount or offer are not made after the end of the discounts and offers.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, you will be invited by us to choose one of the following options:

a) Product change

b) Money refund

If payment has been made by debit/credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made in the same way.

If payment has been made by bank transfer, the money will be returned to the bank account you indicate to us. In the event of a return to a bank account other than National Bank of Greece and Piraeus Bank, the bank charges are borne by the customer.
