GR Shipping Methods
SHIPPING TIME
The manufacturing time of handmade products depends on the type of product. Manufacturing times are listed in the description of each product.
Product shipments for Greece are made with ACS Courier. The transfer time depends on the destination:
- For Attica 1 - 2 working days
- For land destinations 1 – 2 working days
- For island destinations 1 – 3 working days
- For hard-to-reach areas 1 – 5 working days
Shipments of products to Cyprus and foreign countries are carried out by ELTA and the delivery time depends on the destination.
However, the order may be delayed due to force majeure (war, unforeseen government bans, strikes, serious illness or accidents, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic). In this case, amilima bears no responsibility, nor is it obliged to compensate the customer for any reason. In any case, the products are packed in a safe manner and sent on behalf and under the responsibility of the customer. In hard-to-reach areas, delivery is made to the capital of the prefecture or the nearest city of the prefecture.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost for Greece is €4, for orders up to 2 kg and + €0.75 for each additional kg. In any case, it is detailed on the checkout page.
Shipping costs for Cyprus and other foreign countries depend on the destination. In any case, it is detailed on the checkout page.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your order in the following ways:
Via credit, debit or prepaid card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, etc.). All transactions carried out using a credit or debit card are cleared by Viva Payments. See the Viva Payments security policies here.
Note: In case of a refund for any reason, the refund is made to the payment method that the original order was made. If you have used a debit or credit card, the refund is made within 3-4 days and depends on the issuing bank.

Payment upon receipt of the order at your place, to ACS Courier who will make the delivery. The extra fee for cash on delivery is +1.5€. In case of special orders, constructions it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery.

The company bears no responsibility, nor is it obliged to compensate the customer, in case of unauthorized use by third parties of debit / credit cards or other electronic means of payment. The transaction dispute department of the banking institution that has issued the credit / debit card is responsible for resolving related issues.
